What is the Paddlesports Industry
Association? The Paddlesports Industry Association (formerly the
Professional Paddlesports Association - or PPA) is the largest trade
association of paddlesports companies in the world. The organization represents
nearly 1300 paddlesports companies that rent boats, outfit and/or guide trips,
and retail and manufacture equipment and accessories.
What does it cost to join the
Paddlesports Industry Association? Paddlesports Industry Association
membership dues are based on your company's gross annual revenue from
paddlesports. Dues start at $240/year for full membership
for outfitters, retailers, and independent sales
reps. Dues start at $325 for paddlesports
manufacturers. Other vendors (B2B business partners
to the paddlesports industry) start at $500.

Industry Association offer? The Paddlesports Industry Association

Association have a recommended participant waiver or release form? Yes.
In partnership with Reb Gregg, a noted recreation law attorney, we have
developed a guide to assist the industry in developing efective waivers for
thier businesss since many agreements and waivers in use today are out of date
and ineffective. Please note that this guide is an introductionand not a sample to assist you and you legal counsel in the
